Saturday Rentals
Most local Enterprise offices are open on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. If an Enterprise vehicle is needed for a rental Saturday morning before the office opens, the vehicle can be picked up Friday afternoon between the hours of 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. When picking up the vehicle, you must tell Enterprise the time your trip will begin on Saturday morning; otherwise charges will begin at the time of pick-up. The key to correct billing is letting Enterprise know your intentions when picking up the vehicle.
Vehicles can also be returned on Saturday even if the Enterprise Office is closed. The vehicle should be returned to the parking lot and the keys put in the drop box. The renter is charged only for the time the vehicle was in use. Again, communication will be the key. You must tell Enterprise when the vehicle was returned; otherwise the rental period and related charges will end Monday morning when the office opens.
Monday Morning Rentals
If an Enterprise vehicle is needed for a rental Monday morning before the office opens, the vehicle can be picked up on Saturday morning. Enterprise will charge a $15 quick start fee and begin the charges on Monday morning. You must tell Enterprise the time your trip will begin on Monday morning; otherwise charges will begin at the time of pick-up.
