WRITING CENTER OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES Students who tutor for the Writing Center get the chance to apply their teaching skills. Nine of the Writing Center tutors recently attended the spring 2014 International Writing Center Conference in Maryland.

EGO is the way to make friends; participate in social events, workshops, and conferences; and ensure that your voice as an English graduate student is heard.

Every English grad student is automatically a member of EGO. Membership is free. Taking part in EGO is a great way to meet other students who share your passions and interests.
