
The Graduate Department of Employment and Labor Relations offers a graduate degree program within the College of Health and Human Services as well as several undergraduate service courses open to students of any major or college.
The Master of Arts in ELR is a multidisciplinary program designed to prepare professionals for a career in the field of Employment Relations in public and private management, unions, government agencies, and neutral and service organizations. Over eight hundred alumni have graduated from the program since its inception in 1977.
