Degree Completion Partnership Between IUP and Butler County Community College

IUP signed a degree completion partnership agreement with Butler County Community College on March 18, 2016, providing BC3 students with the opportunity to earn a bachelor’s degree while remaining on their campus.

Toy Drive Underway to Benefit Shelter for Women and Children

A toy drive benefiting the Debra House Shelter for Women and Children is underway. Donations of toys and clothing for children, age newborn to 13, are being collected until Monday, December 7, on the third floor of Davis Hall.

Preparation for Spring 2009 Student Teaching Experience

On December 4, 2008, approximately 235 IUP teacher candidates attended the Student Teacher meeting to prepare for the Spring 2009 student teaching experience. Dr. Laurie Nicholson, field placement coordinator, conducted the meeting and spoke about Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements.
