The College of Education and Educational Technology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania has a dynamic group of programs. Our college provides leading-edge development and growth opportunities for students and professionals in the education and allied fields, as well as in the growing field of communication media.
The programs in the college can lead our students to bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. We are proud that all teacher education programs are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. Many of our programs are national recognized for their excellence, such as our counseling programs, which are accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Counseling, as well as many of our other educational programs.
We have a vibrant student body. Our students excel at running the IUP TV station and radio station. They are recognized for their achievements in student scholarship, internships, field experiences, and studying abroad.
Our faculty members are leaders in their field. They prize themselves on providing individualized coaching and feedback because they know it is a key to guiding student learning. But more than that: because of their high-quality scholarship, service, and dedication to the classroom, our faculty are known for inspiring student learning.
