Career and Technical Education: The Center for Career and Technical Personnel Preparation offers professional certificate and degree programs that prepare career and technical teachers and administrators to receive required state certifications.
Center for Educational and Program Evaluation: The CEPE serves school districts, human service agencies, educational consultants, and other groups.

Center for Videoconferencing: The Center for Videoconferencing develops innovative strategies for utilizing video and blended technologies (combining old and new delivery methods of instruction) in support of synchronous/asynchronous instruction (delayed and “real time” interaction) and communication to distant sites.
Digital Media Institute: The Digital Media Institute provides IUP students with real-world experiences in pre-production, production, and post-production of digital media.
Science Discovery and Outdoor Learning Center: IUP’s Science Discovery and Outdoor Learning Center is an outdoor learning environment designed not only for prospective teacher educators that want to teach science, but also as a resource for the region’s teachers and elementary and middle-school students.
