Chef Klinger is a retired faculty member of the Academy of Culinary Arts. He continues to support the program by regularly representing IUP on judging panels at culinary competitions for ProStart and SkillsUSA.
Klinger is a certified executive chef who previously held the position of executive chef for the four-star and four-diamond Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, Hershey, Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for $7 million in annual food sales.
In his more than 29 years of industry experience, Chef Klinger cooked for five governor inaugural balls, 50 state governors, and former presidents Ford, Carter, Reagan, and Bush.
