CESA is the Counselor Education Student Association, which represents graduate students, both full-time and part-time, who are enrolled in classes in the Department of Counseling. Its purpose is to improve and maintain communication among students, the department faculty, and across the university.
CESA will inform students of program changes, relevant administrative events, deadlines, and aid students’ passage through their degree program. The organization represents student interests in departmental and university issues related to their welfare. Our goal is to provide students with opportunities that make them aware of the possibilities they have as a collective force at IUP. By becoming involved in CESA, students will be able to work collaboratively to gain improvements and implement change within the university. CESA is an IUP recognized organization.
