End-of Year Reviews

End of Year 2005-2006: Goal 1 Review. Focus on Support and Encouragement.
End of Year 1999-2000: Goal 1 Review. Expand the marketing and recruiting efforts for the Pittsburgh Program.
End of Year 2000-2001: Goal 1 Review. Develop, plan, and implement a five year self-study.
End of Year 2001-2002: GoaL 1 Review. A "Caring Community" We are committed to the enhancement of our caring community - this includes our caring for each other, our students, and others who are outside of the department.

End of Year 2002-2003: Goal 1 Review - A "Caring Community" This goal was unanimously re-adopted at our Summer 2002 departmental retreat.
End of Year 2003-2004: Goal 1 Review - A "Caring Community" This goal was again unanimously re-adopted at our Summer 2003 departmental retreat.
End of Year 2004-2005: Goal 1 Review– A Focus on Outcomes and Journey.
End of Year 2006-2007: Goal 1 Review. Tending our individual and collective wagons!

Goals 1999-2000: Expand the marketing and recruiting efforts for the Pittsburgh Program.
Goals 2000-2001: Develop, plan, and implement a five year self-study.
Goals 2001-2002: Become fully committed to the enhancement of our caring community - this includes our caring for each other, our students, and others who are outside of the department.
Goals 2002-2003: Continued committment to the enhancement and on-going development of our caring community - this includes our caring for each other, our students, and others who are outside of the department.

Goals 2003-2004: We will continue to be a caring community. We will work to care for each other, the department, our students and the professional community
Goals 2004-2005: A Focus on "Outcomes and Journey" - we have chosen a new theme that focuses on both outcome and process -- the end result and the journey.
Goals 2005-2006: This year’s theme – The Giant Redwoods – “We will stand together … support one another ... encourage one another… we will become stronger together, and like the giant redwoods, we will keep growing taller.
Goals 2006-2007: Goal 1 – Tending our individual and collective wagons!
