Immerse yourself in a painterly world of abstraction. Using acrylic, charcoal and collage you will learn intuitive and expressive mark-making and techniques to allow “happy accidents.” You will practice color mixing and explore the qualities of a good painting. This class is designed for both beginners and advanced painters who wish to loosen up and try new things. This course is offered through Community University Studies, a program of the Office of Adult and Continuing Education.
