The Office of Distance Learning and Continuing Education serves the lifelong educational needs of nontraditional students, working adults, professional organizations, local and state agencies, and the citizens of the commonwealth by providing access to the academic and human resources of IUP.

This office provides the following services to students:

  • Distance Education (Distance Learning): Find information about registering for on-line classes, student responsibilities, course offerings, and student resources.
  • Credit Programs: Information is available for students interested in the Part-Time Studies Program and the Post-baccalaureate Program, which includes students seeking a second bachelor’s degree, teacher certification, or personal enrichment.
  • Noncredit Programs: Access information about the Community University Studies program or the Great Decisions lecture series.
