The May university commencement ceremony takes place at Miller Stadium. In the event of inclement weather, it takes place in Memorial Field House, and spill-over locations will be established, so that friends and family can watch the ceremony through video feeds. Spill over locations include Zink Hall Gyms A and B, Zink Hall Dance Studio, Eberly Auditorium, and Beard Auditorium in Stouffer Hall. Learn how to find out if the outdoor ceremony has been moved because of the weather. December’s University Commencement Ceremonies take place in Memorial Field House.
Since parking near the stadium is limited, you and your guests may want to park elsewhere on campus. Two shuttle buses will be running from 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. to transport graduates, family, and guests. One bus originates from the Parking Garage and the other from the R&P Lot, both going to Miller Stadium. These buses will be white and will pick up and drop off at all intersections on campus or for anyone who flags a bus along the route.
Both buses will reverse routes back to their original destinations.
