We all need sleep, but sometimes it gets neglected. Restful sleep is as important as diet and exercise, and is essential for maintaining good health, energy, learning and memory. Come to this workshop to discuss common sleeping problems and learn new ways to get your zzzs.
Many of us have had the experience of losing someone important, whether they were a friend, family member, pet, or someone else. Unfortunately, grief is one of the universal human experiences, and it can also be one of the most confusing and complicated processes we each go through. Each person grieves differently; however, this workshop will highlight commonalities across our grief experiences, while also emphasizing and discussing the wide variety of ways in which our grief may progress based on a number of different factors.
