The Office of Service Learning will hold a three-day food drive to benefit the Indiana County Community Action Program’s food bank on March 17, 18, and 19, 2010, from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Indiana Giant Eagle along Seventh Street. Please stop by and give a donation!

A collection of personal hygiene items for Haiti will be conducted now through March 19, 2010.

The IUP Office of Service Learning invites you to nominate an individual, faculty/staff member, organization, or service learning project that you feel has made an invaluable contribution to our university and/or community. Nominating someone for our Volunteer Service of the Year Award is a great way to show a person or organization that what they do is recognized and appreciated.

The Office of Service Learning and Student Government Association (SGA) are accepting monetary donations for IUP's Haiti Relief Fund inside the Co-Op Store at the indoor lobby entrance February 22–26, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A Central Blood Bank blood drive will take place on Monday, February 22, 2010, from noon to 6:30 p.m. in Wallwork Hall, G98 Multipurpose Room.

At the Haiti Relief Initiative meeting, discussion was held regarding a fund which has been set up for IUP fundraising efforts for Haiti relief. If your organization is conducting a fundraiser for Haiti, here is information to include submitting your donation.
