Don’t miss out on this opportunity to meet representatives from local and national companies and organizations. Employers will be looking for individuals for full-time positions, as well as internships and co-ops. The Career Expo also provides you an opportunity to explore employers and career opportunities that you may have never thought about. Participating also provides you with an opportunity for face-to-face contact with recruiters and a chance to polish your networking skills (no matter how brief your contact). Although the Career Expo is primarily intended for IUP juniors and seniors of all majors, freshmen and sophomores may also attend to get a general idea of what a career fair entails, as long as they are dressed appropriately.
Upperclassmen and alumni are encouraged to take the time to prepare a resume and bring multiple copies (30 to 40) with you. Professional dress is required.

The IUP Career Expo 2015 offers employers with entry-level, internship, and co-op positions an opportunity to meet in one central location with alumni, graduating students, and upperclassmen. Candidates attending will be IUP current students or graduates of the university with associate, bachelor, and/or graduate degrees. Employers will be able to speak with candidates, distribute recruitment literature, and conduct brief interviews.
All rates include one guaranteed
parking space, one booth with a table, two chairs, two luncheon tickers and
refreshments on the day of the fair; and an organization profile in the Career Fair Plus App. Additional
representatives (up to two) may be added for an additional $25/each.

As part of the
registration fee, an organization profile is included in the mobile career fair
directory app. This directory is made available through any Apple or Android
devise one month prior to the fair. In addition, employers may choose to
purchase an advertisement which will be incorporated in the mobile app. More

Push notification sent via our new mobile career fair directory app announcing
your attendance at the fair, your booth location, and link to your organization
website. Notification will be sent Monday or Tuesday prior to the career fair.
Think of this option as what would be
equivalent to a full-page ad in your traditional print directory, but instead
it is in a mobile app platform.
you select to be a “featured employer,” your organization will be one
of a select few employers who are featured at the top of the alphabetical list of attending organizations.
Your organization’s profile will be brought to the top of the list, and
candidates can click on your organization’s name to conveniently view your
company’s information. You will share this space on a scrolling basis with
the handful of other employers who also select this advertising option.
All sponsorships include basic table
registration fee (no more than four recruiters), appropriate signage and
recognition at the event, and preferred table placement within the event.

You are responsible for bringing your own equipment, such as A/V equipment, and extension cords. If you wish to send your display/materials prior to the fair, please mail the items to KCAC, 711 Pratt Drive, Indiana, PA 15705. Be sure to place ATTENTION: IUP Career Expo 2016 c/o Mark Mathe on the mailing label. If you are having equipment shipped to IUP, you must make arrangements to have it shipped out once the fair has ended.
Check-in and setup begins prior to the fair at Kovalchick Complex, where we will have students to assist you in unloading your vehicle. All payments must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the career event. If an employer has not paid in full and/or cancels less than two (2) weeks prior to the event, the organization will be held responsible for the payment. All cancellations must be provided in writing by e-mail to email@example.com two weeks before the event. Future registrations for career events will not be allowed until the balance is paid. If an employer registers on or after the two-week period prior to the event, all payments must be paid in full at the time of registration.
