1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.	Council for Exceptional Children: Children's Fair Co-op Recreational Park, College Lodge The Indiana University of Pennsylvania student chapter of the Council for Exceptional Children will host its 11th annual children’s fair from 1 to 3 p.m. Nov. 3 at the College Lodge in the IUP Recreation Park. Activities such as cookie decorating, scary storytelling, and a bean bag toss will be offered. In addition, IUP sign language group SignIn’ will perform. The fair targets younger children, including children with disabilities. Admission is free, and children are encouraged to come in costume.
