Join Martin Pino from the IUP Counseling Center for this program which will teach you how to successfully manage your stress by changing the way you respond to stress, by making time for relaxation, and by using healthy coping strategies. Note: This program is a repeat of the stress management program scheduled for October 19, 2009.
