10,000 Step Challenge: Registration Opens

James G. Mill Fitness Center

Everyone is invited to register for the second annual James G. Mill Fitness Center 10,000 Step Challenge! Registration runs January 7 - 21. The program begins on January 21 through April 1. Registration packets can be picked up at the James G. Mill Fitness Center in Zink Hall, or visit our website. Each participant receives a pedometer to record the number of steps at the end of each day. We're providing new and improved pedometers! The program also includes nutrition assessments, blood pressure screenings, and a log sheet to count your daily steps. The person with the most steps at the end of 10 weeks will receive a FREE one-year membership to the James G. Mill Fitness Center, a gift basket, and other prizes. Cost: $15.
