This calendar displays our Culinary Admissions visit programs, the college and career fairs our admissions staff are scheduled to attend, and other Culinary Admissions events. Baking Buffet Tours are a sweet way to learn about the culinary majors at IUP. Tour our new kitchens; talk to students and faculty; sample gourmet baked goods from our 2nd year Baking and Pastry Arts class. Fall buffets will showcase student work from the following units: Artisan Bread; Quick & Laminated Dough; Pies, Tarts & Pastries; Petits four, Cakes & Cookies; Icing & Cake Decorating.
