The AHCANA Essay Contest provides students with an opportunity to win a $250 Gift Card by submitting a 2-3 page, typed essay that reflects on the theme: Imagining Racial/Ethnic Diversity 2050: Implications, Thoughts, and Recommendations Concerning the Predicted New Majority Population Composition (Africans/African Americans, Hispanics, Caucasians, Asians, and Native Americans). Guidelines are available for to assist with writing the essay. The contest runs April 26, 2013 and are due at the AACC Office by 4 p.m. on that day in B23 Delaney Hall.
