• 4:30–5:30 p.m.: New Colleagues at Artists Hand Gallery
• 5:30–7:30 p.m.: Opening Reception at the Jimmy Stewart Museum 
• 8:00–10:30 p.m.: Showcases in Fisher Auditorium
• 11:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m.: Late Night at the Holiday Inn, on your own

Thursday, June 6

• 8:30–9:30 a.m.: Hot Breakfast, Welcoming, and special address from Mario Garcia Dunham of the Association of Performing Arts Presenters. at Holiday Inn
• 9:30-10:30 a.m.: Plenary Session: The Value of Block Booking at Holiday Inn
• 11:00 a.m.–Noon: Professional Development in Cogswell Hall
