On-Campus Interviews

  • To receive an interview, your resume must be uploaded onto IUP CareerConnect.

    To log in to CareerConnect:

    1. Visit IUP on the CareerConnect webpage.
    2. Click on "Students."
    3. Click on "Log in now."

    To view the complete listing of on-campus recruiters for the current semester:

    1. Click on "Students" and then Student Central
    2. Enter your ID and password
    3. Click on Search for On-Campus Recruitment Jobs
    4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Begin Search
    5. To find out more about a particular position, click on the Job ID number. This screen will provide you with a job description.
    6. For interview consideration, at the bottom of the page click on Submit My Resume. Your resume will be submitted directly to the employer who will review the resumes and preselect the candidates to be interviewed.
