- The Management Services Group (MSG), an umbrella organization for the IUP Eberly College of Business and Information Technology's outreach programs, includes the Center for Family Business, the ExcEL Center: Excellence in Entrepreneurial Leadership, the Government Contracting Assistance Program, the Small Business Development Center, the Small Business Incubator, the Small Business Institute, the Noncredit Certificate Programs, and the WEDnetPA GFT Grant Program.
