Red Watch Band program

Over 1,825 college students between the ages of 18 and 24 die each year from alcohol-related unintentional injuries (NIAAA).

  • The mission of the Red Watch Band program is to provide students with the knowledge, awareness, and skills to prevent toxic drinking deaths and to promote a student culture of kindness, responsibility, compassion, and respect.
  • The goal of the campaign is to ensure that all students who participate are provided with accurate information about the dangers of alcohol use and know when, where, and how to get help when every second counts.
  • Students will receive alcohol BASICS training as well as CPR training through the Red Watch Band campaign. Students receive a certificate of attendance and a red bad upon completion of the training program.

Join us in the fight to save lives and prevent deaths caused by toxic drinking.

If you feel alcohol is having a negative impact on your life, schedule an appointment with ATOD.
