Christoph Maier, Coordinator, ARL

Christoph Maier, Ph.D. (Oklahoma State University), associate professor, Department of Mathematics. Christoph teaches statistics courses to graduate and undergraduate students and serves as the internship coordinator for the Math Department. He has a bachelor of science degree in applied math with an emphasis on computer science from Ohio University (Athens, Ohio) and holds a master of arts degree in pure mathematics from Indiana University (Bloomington, Indiana). He is a statistical consultant with the Prostate and Urologic Cancer Program at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute and is vice president of the IUP chapter of Sigma Xi, an international multidisciplinary research society.

Graduate Lab Assistants

The ARL employs five graduate lab assistants during each academic year. Thomas Coyne is enrolled in the Educational and School Psychology master’s program, Jonathan Wayland and Jeremy Yagle are enrolled in the Applied Mathematics master’s program, Kyle Ward is enrolled in the Criminology doctoral program, and Ding Yu is enrolled in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program.
