IUP is proud to host its own chapter of Delta Alpha Pi International Honor Society,
the first honor society in the nation to
recognize the academic accomplishments of college and university
students with disabilities. Membership is open to all IUP undergraduate or graduate students who identify as having a disability.

Nominations are being sought for the seventh
annual Ray Coppler Disability Awareness Award. The award honors and gives
special recognition to an IUP student, faculty, staff, or administrative
member for exemplary contributions to disability awareness, education,

The American Council of the Blind annually awards approximately twenty scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 to vocational, entering freshman, undergraduate, and graduate college students who are legally blind, maintain a 3.3 GPA, and are involved in their school and/or local community.

The Washington Center (TWC) is pleased to announce an increase in scholarships for participants in the Summer 2010 Public Service Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities in Washington, D.C.
