Thank you for your interest in Indiana University of Pennsylvania!
We are excited that you would like to bring a group of students to our campus to learn about what our university has to offer. We are able to welcome special groups to campus almost every Tuesday and Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. during the academic year.
In order to arrange your visit, please complete and submit the form below at least two weeks in advance. It is helpful to have 3 visit dates in mind to ensure one of the dates you’ve chosen is available. You will be contacted as soon as possible regarding your visit. And, we will always do our best to work with your first choice date.
An IUP group visit includes an admissions presentation and tour of campus (including housing). A lunch can also be included in the day if you choose (see details below).
Groups should have at least 10 or more students. Groups with fewer than 10 students are welcome to sign up for our weekday programs.
Some fall Tuesday and Thursday dates (in September, October, November, December) may not be available.
Groups may lunch at a campus dining location, but please note the cost of lunch is the visiting group’s responsibility and not covered by IUP. If you choose to eat at a campus dining location, discounts are available through the Admissions Office. Please call for more information regarding discounted prices.
It is expected that groups arrive on time. Because we’ve arranged your visit based on tour guide’s class schedule and other available facilities, the late arrival of groups may result in the cancellation of any or all parts of the campus visit.
Students visiting under the age of 15 are not recommended. Our Admissions presentation is geared toward high school students and in helping them to prepare for college.
