What You’ll Need

You will need these items to complete your application:

• Application: Apply electronically or submit a paper application.
• Official high school transcript
• For transfer students and second bachelor's degree students, transcripts from all colleges,universities, and/or other schools attended. See How to Transfer.
• Official SAT or ACT scores*
• $50 application fee

*SAT/ACT scores are not required for students who graduated more than two years ago.

• Letter(s) of recommendation
• Personal essay (Essay prompt: Is there something you would like to tell us about yourself?)
• Cook Honors College Supplement (for Cook Honors College Applicants Only)
