Making Your Deposit

  • We are excited that you are ready to join us here at IUP!

    Your tuition deposit demonstrates your intent to enroll at IUP and must be submitted no later than May 1* to guarantee your place in the class and in on-campus housing.

    We included the information you need to log in to EasyPay in order to submit your tuition deposit with your acceptance letter. In EasyPay, you pay with a credit card or electronic check. To access the system, you will need:

    • Your IUP Banner ID (beginning with the @ sign)
    • Password

    If you have misplaced your tuition deposit form, you can request the information online or by calling 724-357-2230.

    If you wish to submit a check or money order by mail, please make it payable to IUP, and include the student’s name, Banner ID (if available) or birthdate, and indicate that this is for the tuition deposit.  Please mail to Office of the Bursar, Clark Hall, 1090 South Drive Floor 1, Indiana, Pa. 15705-1038.

    If you would like to change your major, please submit this form. You may wish to make the request before submitting your deposit to make sure that you meet requirements for the possible change.

    Please remember that the tuition deposit is non-refundable.

    *IUP will accommodate students who submit the deposit after May 1 as space permits. Any student who is admitted on or after May 1 is asked to submit the deposit as soon as possible.
