    Once you have decided to attend IUP, confirm your enrollment by submitting your:

    Tuition Deposit

    The tuition deposit is due by May 1. (If you are interested in on-campus housing, you should plan to submit your deposit as soon as possible, as on-campus housing fills quickly and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.)

    Next Steps

    Financial Aid

    • Make sure that you have completed applications for financial aid and scholarships.
    • Financial aid counseling is available! We’ll give you an overview of your expected costs and provide guidance if you need assistance with the grant and loan application process. Contact our Student Services Coordinator to schedule a phone or office appointment.


    • Watch for mailings on housing and dining options for incoming students.
    • Return your housing contract and deposit as soon as possible if you are interested in living in campus housing.


    Culinary course registration is completed for you by Culinary Admissions. You will receive your course schedule in the Culinary Development class.


    We’ve put together some info to help you get ready for class so that you have a smooth transition to campus life at IUP.

    Culinary Orientation

    Culinary Orientation is Friday, August 7, 2015, at the IUP Indiana campus and is required for culinary students. No need to register for this event. (Parents/guardians are welcome to attend with you!)

    Billing Information

    Your fall semester bill will be available online the last week of July. View the bill online through IUP’s Easy Pay. This bill must be paid in full before August 20, 2015, or arrangements made for payment options through IUP’s Bursar’s Office. Proof of payment from the Bursar will be required before we will be able to release your uniform order.

    Culinary First Day of Class

    All culinary students must attend the Culinary Development Class.
