Revisions to the Adult Education and Communications
Technology track in the Department of Adult and Community Education have been approved by University Senate. The revised track, Instructional Design and Technology,
will be offered at the Monroeville Center beginning in fall 2017.

The Adult and Community Education (ACE) department participates in the Graduate Student Assembly (GSA) by sending representatives to sit on this council. The GAS consists of student representative from all graduate programs and has important input into policies and decisions regarding graduate students at IUP.

Dr. Margaret Mahler was a founder and highly regarded professor of Adult and Community Education at IUP. The Margaret Mahler Foundation was established in her honor to support graduate students and recognize outstanding achievements of ACE graduate students.
