The Master of Arts in Adult and Community Education and the Master of Arts in Adult and Education Communications Technology have an open admissions policy; students may start in any semester.

Submit an Application to the School of Graduate Studies and Research

Typically, applicants are required to submit:

  • Application form and fee
  • Goal statement
  • Transcripts from all institutions of higher education previously attended
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Current resume

Review of Applications

After an applicant has submitted the required paperwork and fee to the SGSR, the application packet is sent to the Department of Adult and Community Education for review.

The department may ask the applicant to submit a writing sample or to participate in an interview.
