Grade Appeal Deadline

Friday, March 16, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. is the deadline for students to file grade appeals for coursework taken during the Fall 2011 semester.

Two Ceremonies for Spring Commencement 2012

After a thorough discussion, including much input from the IUP community, the Commencement Committee, in conjunction with the Council of Chairs, the President's Cabinet, and the deans, has determined that Spring Commencement will take place on May 12 as two ceremonies in the Kovalchick Athletic and Convention Complex.

Liberal Studies Revisions Not to Affect Summer, Fall 2011 Registration

The undergraduate Liberal Studies program is in the process of being revised, but students should continue to register for classes according to the current Liberal Studies requirements and the academic advice of their advisors.

Middle States Periodic Review Report Now Available for Review

IUP’s accrediting body, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, requires that the university submit a Periodic Review Report midway between the major ten-year accreditation visits.
