Extensive testing has been completed by the user community over that last several months, and no issues or changes are anticipated for the majority of URSA and Banner Web Client users. Any significant changes have been communicated to the appropriate users.
]]>This message was not sent by the IT Support Center. This is just another example of how advanced these phishing attempts have become. Users should never reply to these phishing attempts, but are instead encouraged to report them (only phishing scams, not just any spam e-mail).

As a reminder, password information should never be provided via an e-mail message. In additional, IT support personnel are instructed not to request passwords, especially via e-mail.
