Victim was approached in the courtyard by two white men. The men asked the victim if they could use his cell phone. Victim handed his cell phone to one of the men, who struck him and caused him to lose consciousness for a brief period. The victim also reported to IUP Campus Police that his cell phone and wallet were taken.
