]]> Mrs. Elaine Smith 2010-02-22T14:54:00Z The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) recently announced that it has signed a five-year agreement with Desire2Learn (D2L) to replace Blackboard and e-College as the lone commercial PASSHE learning management system (LMS) provider beginning July 1, 2010.

PASSHE has created the PASSHE e-Learning Transition Site webpage that contains relevant information. This site requires authentication using the PASSHE Active Directory username and password. Members of the IUP community seeking information related to PASSHE Active Directory can visit the IT Support Center PASSHE Active Directory help site.

IUP will continue to transition to Moodle; however, the PASSHE Desire2Learn Learning Management System site offers further details.
